Re: AUTISM Asserting Your Child's Right to a Special Education.
I got a copy from Amazon.com
These are awesome! In all honesty, I didn't find the book all that helpful. Their website was more beneficial to me.
Thanks for the links!!!!!!!
The BEST sample letters I have ever found are in this AWESOME book I have called : AUTISM Asserting Your Child's Right to a Special Education.
Autumn - can you get that on Amazon or where? Thanks!Thought I'd gather my sample letter links in one place. Web addresses have a tendency to get blank spaces in them over time, so if a link is broken, try removing the blank spaces. If it still doesn't work, let me know. P.S. Ignore the yellow highlighting.

Hello
I'm looking for a form/letter to provide to my insurance company regrarding HBOT therapy, They wont cover this type of therapy because they say "the results are only based on experimental for Autism". My Dan Doctor appeal it and only to find out they denied her appeal.
I'm not sure what to do next.

Sample Letters
First I would like to say a little something about what these letters are, and what they are not. Some of them have been written to be "fill in the blank" type, but not all of them. Some of these are slight modifications of actual letters that have been sent in behalf of a child. These are not meant to be cookie cutter letters but are instead meant to give you an idea on how to structure your own letters.
