Vitamins & supplements are SURVIVAL

After making it to normalcy (still can't believe I made it), my health went steadily downhill.  And there was again, 'no way out of here' type feeling.  Couldn't eat the foods I needed.  Plus, I needed to correct the damage done and maintain my health.  Again, I have to give complete credit to Dr. Shaw of www.greatplainslaboratories.com for the help.  His book 'Biological Treatment for Autism and PDD' got me thru.
and I discovered the hard way, not just any vitamin and supplements, but they had to be color dye free and natural. 
try to take at least 200 mgs of B6, 4 DMGs, calcium and about 200 mgs of magnesium with zinc per day.
also take the rest of the 'stuff'.  the full complement of vitamins and supplements, but they aren't as critical.
to keep the yeast down, I now 'spice' everything with oregano and garlic.  HEY!  2 drops of oil of oregano in coffee with creamer is tasty.
can't drink my coffee without it now.
