| I've had the back scratch tests and done tons of research. The
only reliable method of discovery of allergens is the 'Trial and Error'
method. Whenever I begin to have reactions, my first response is
to 'go safe'. Isolate, remove anything unfamiliar and eat only
cantalope, watermelon, and pears. I'll stay this way for at least
2 weeks. This allows my system to stabilize and time to figure
out what went south on me. Discovered so far: Beef - attacks my speech center, thoughts are perfectly ok. Mouth just not function as ordered. 4 days after, am reduced to non-speech. takes 2 to 3 weeks for speech to return to normal. Turkey - within minutes, I crave to grab the skin around my neck and rip it off my body. this will last around 4 days. non-dial soap - within 3 hours, my hands itched so bad, I literally scratched my hands bloody. tuna - extreme anger, like craving a tantrum, just need someone to explode on. lasts for about 2.5 days. dairy- extreme pain around eyes, especially after drinking, lasts for a day and a half. blue dyes - very slow oncoming. takes several months, but it will completely drain me of energy. I had gotten to where I couldn't even walk far. no muscle tone at all, even after some exercise. tap water - literally burns skin, have to have purified water. not battled water. but filtered water. I use a filter system for aquariums. (fish have to have pure water) from Aquatic Reef Systems plastics - plastics are made from formaldehyde. they will outgas for approximately 2 years. plastic burns my skin after a few minutes and dulls my thinking. formaldehyde is also in newly purchased clothing to keep the vermits out. non-cheers detergent - will break out in a severe rash all over. shampoo - my brain feels like it's frozen inside. slow thoughts and I can actually feel my brain in there. no headache or anything, just real wieird. antihistamines - on one hand, my rescue pill, on the other, big problems. can take one every 2 months or so. If I take the 2nd on the next day, it won't work. 3rd on the third day, and I can't sleep for 2 to 3 days. so, I save it off for 2 months, then I can 'experiment' with another food. pollens - ended up in an urgent care with this one. my eyes swelled and throat and nasal passages became too painful to breathe. thought I had a serious infection. lettuce is ok, but cabbage will bloat me. cantalope is ok, but honey dew melon will bloat me. also, found that when I'm stressed, my neck tightens and reactions are more severe. when relaxed, neck eases and symptoms are less. banana - kidneys become painful and slow, I bloat up. am grabbing at any knowledge I can. doing some searches thru Edgar Cayce's reading, I found that high thyroid can be reduced by eating oranges. thyroid did come down, and hair begin growing back. I used to keep a diary of everything, dropped out of it due to the complexity of it. Much easier to keep track of what's ok. have had the wonderfull opportunity to speak with a few other autistics. the topic that comes up immediately is the depth of intuition and spirituality we have. Ya wanna know about spirituality, ask a high performing autistic. If you're a normie, the stuff will fly right over your head. would take years for ya to comprehend us. I've opened the eyes of senior ministers. and that's what life is about, God created the earth to incubate spiritual souls. and ya can't change your mind after your physical death. there ain't no fancy dancin' talk with JC. Learn to 'look beyond' what you see and hear. Steve Paschal |
