| Verbal Behavior Conference
There will be a Verbal Behavior Conference in Altoona Iowa on June 27, 28, and 29. It's honestly the best conference (out of nearly 40) that I have ever been to. It's taught by Dr. Vincent Carbone, BCBA, on how to teach language skills to individuals with autism. He touches on several other areas as well, including behavior management and toilet training, but spend the majority of the time giving in-depth information on the most effective methods of teaching our kids with autism. I came away from this conference with so much practical and effective information to better serve the kids I work with. Transportation will be hard since I don't have a car, but if I can find
