I wanted to share some info that I just recieved.
On Oct 16, in Bangor, Maine, Future Horizons is holding a conference with Dr. Tony Attwood from Brisbane, Australia. They are calling him one of the top minds on Asperger's Syndrome. His topic is "Encouraging Social Understanding and Emotion Management." Their agenda shows only Attwood as the speaker, so it's not a workshop type of event. To register the number is 1-800-489-0727. The fee for a parent is $105, a person with autism is $70, and whole families are $90 per person.
