State Hearing in Ohio Not from Ohio, just wanted to wish you luck We are going to a state hearing Aug. 9th, to ask why a Level one waiver will not cover a fence for our autistic son. We were never given a written explanation or a clear reason why. If anyone in Ohio has had a fence put up (using a level 1 or IO waiver) please email me at ( 4fulmers@sbcglobal.net) I would love to have some examples of this. We live in Franklin county. They told me a waiver has never paid for a fence. We had all his Doctors and therapist write letters stating he knows no bounderies and this is a safety issue. Thanks,   Dad of Chase   I am not from Ohio, but I am having a problem also concerning a fence issue for my 6 year old son who has autism.  He too also knows no bonderies.  I have never heard of a waiver beforfe.  I wish so much that I could help you.  My problem is our HOA won't allow us to put a fence up.  It is so insane!!   I wish you all the luck in the world
