It happened...Are you her mother? Yippee for Ashtyn!!!   I am on pins and needles sometimes when I pick up Matthew after a class too.... But I think most parents of NT kids feel the same way. Way to Go Ashtyn! You must be so proud mom!! I went to pick up Ashtyn from her 5th day of swimming lessons and it happened...... The swimming teacher called me over in front of all the other parents. She said, " Are you the mother of Ashtyn?"    I automatically thought... what did she do?..., did she correct the teacher?,... Try to drown another kid? Pee in the pool? .....what a suprise to hear the teacher say......." she is really a great little swimmer!" HOOORAY! I was so shocked.... AND PROUD!   Last year Ashtyn could not tolerate water on her face in the bath tub, what progress!  Just wanted to share that sometimes we get pleasant little suprises when we least expect it! I must learn not to doubt her! That's SO great.  From one mother of a fish to another!
