MB12 question

Thanks Ruth. I've spent hours on that site tonight. Thanks for the help. I started a new topic on it. Hope I get some replies.

I don't really like that forum as much as this one. Do you?? This one seems 'warm and homey'...like we all just live around the block from each other. I know that I don't really post alot, but I like 'listening'...

I definetely agree about the atmosphere between the 2 forums.  This one is much more personal and friendly.  I just pop in there everyday to see new posts and to sometimes ask my own ?'s.  I love that rineub (Dr. Neubrander's brother) is such a considerate person to answer our ?'s when he really doesn't have to.

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anybody started their children on the MB12 shots when they were older? My son is 9 and dx'd with moderate autism. These shots weren't available when he was first dx'd and I was searching for treatments. I've just joined this forum and heard about them from you (thanks). I've watched the videos on Dr. Neubranders web site....and there are a few on older children, but no follow-up video months later to show progress like with the younger children. Just needing some feedback if possible. I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but just watching those videos makes me cry. I sure wish they had been available when my son was first dx'd.
Thanks,
Wendy

Wendy,  Here is a link to a message boards with lots of moms who do the mb12 shot.  I think there are several whose children are older and they have just recently started the shot and got great results.

B12 has 5 forms. The form that works on the brain is MB12 (Methyl-B12 or Methylcobalamin)There are alot of forms of mb12.  The ones we are talking about is an injection.  Alot of people find the injection works better than the others. Is this the B vitamin 12. It's available from Trivita with B6 and Folic acid also. I had them when young. The thing I mention is all in one and desolves in the mouth.
