Almost 1 year old head circumference

I know this topic has been posted before, but I was wondering if anyone would mind sharing what there experience has been with this....

I have an 11 month old baby who so far does not show any symptoms of ASD, but has been diagnosed with low tone, dysphagia, and mild delays.  The thing that worries me, though, is that since his 3 month well check he's had an ever-increasing head circumference.  He's gone from the 50% at birth to the 90% at the last check-up.

Since he's so socially engaged and attached to us at this point the nuero says not to worry about autism, but we have one case in the family already and so I can't help it.  I also worry that since he's not showing signs right now that he might be the regressive type and so I'm looking at him all the time and dreading that there will be a point when we'll lose him.  I know how crazy this is, but I'm very fearful.

Does anyone have any info they can share about head circumference?

Thank you.
