relation between AUtism and ADHD i have a kid he is now 2 years and 10 months, speech delay, he is diagnosed as an ADHD kid but not Autism, doctor put him under gfcf diet, dose anybody know about this, how can he be in an autism treatment and he is not autistic? GFCF is helpful for more than just autism.  I have two children, one with autism and one with ADHD/mood disorder and they are both doing great on the gfcf diet.  ADHD is not to far up the spectrum from autism anyway Yes, they are related and biomedical has helped my older kids as well. (they wont do the diet but do take tons of supplements) All four of my children have ADD. Only one is hyper. Thank God.
