If dd loses speech qualification

I vote for blowing smoke.  There are plenty of kids who don't need speech therapy but have physical delays and get therapy.  I haven't checked Wright's Law on this, but it sounds like I should. Adam no longer qualifies for speech (language OR artic) BUT, he does qualify for OT for hand/wrist weakness.  Because he no longer qualifies for speech, he doesn't get anything :(  Still trying to find specific legislation that will tell me whether they're blowing smoke up my ass or not.

I don't think so - DS tested very close to the cutoff at the beginning of the school year, and they mentioned something about how they'd be sure the other qualifications stayed in place for other services.  We didn't go into it much since he was still a few points below the cutoff.

Congrats on the high scores!

... does she lose the rest of her services automatically?

So far she is scoring REALLY well ...
