| Help needed immediately, please?
Where are you moving him too? Another school in the district? If he is 3, he is not yet required to go to school, so you really have the right to pull him out if you so desire. You can get the services (speech, ot, pt) in your home.Hi all we need to change schools for our DS. We are midyear in the school year and we're not sure what our rights are to do this. We do know that if we feel his needs are not being met then legally we can change him we're just not sure where to go to start the process. Today I had to go pick him up from school early because he was "sick" ---- he is not even remotely sick. He goes to public school in the state of WA. Anyone know where to go to get help? I know I obviously need to tell his teachers we're pulling him out but I don't want to do that until I have all my ducks in row so to speak. Thanks for any advice.
