Nodding and shaking his head no   I haven't been around the board too much this past year but am finding some time to come back and will share some success stories.  OK this isn't too big of a deal but about 2 months ago he starting nodding for yes and shaking his head for no.  When I used to ask him a question like "do you want to take a bath?" He would say kinda of loudly "Nooooo, Dad!" (even that was cute as he would pronounce Dad with hard empahsis on the D's and it wasn't disrespectful).  Now often he just gives me a quick confident shack of his head when he doesn't want something or a quick smile and nod when asked if he wants something like candy or juice.  It's just more progress in communicating and very cute. Yay!
