When to Eat during BIOFILM We just finished two months of biofilm and never restricted eating during any of it. Her appetite DID get huge at times, though, as the yeast and bacteria were dying. Just so you are prepared. Well Usman calls for starting it 1hour after or 30 min before eating (the first part) she doesn't however say its OK to eat although I feel its implied. Hello, We're interested in Biofilm, is it important not to eat during all steps, 1(enzymes with EDTA) 2(antifungals) 3(cleanup Charcoal etc), or its just important not to eat around step 1. I am confused. Thanks well follow your doc's advice. The first part is the enzymes so maybe they work better on an empty stomach? makes sense. We just sent off urine for an OAT test to see if the biofilm worked. Will know in two weeks.
