Age for chelation?

Is 26 months too young to think about chelation?  I have the pill and the container I am suppose to collect the urine in but I haven't.  I think I am scared that if the test says he has heavy metal burden chelating would be the next step and I am scared to do it.  I wonder if 2 years old is too young anyway.  Does anyone have a similar story and chelated their child this early?  Any advise would be appreciated.two years old is not too young to chelate. We have not personally done it because my girl has gut dysbiosis too severe to successfully chelate just yet. But there are many children who have started chelation at two.

We are currently chelating our 2.5 year old son. We have done 4 IVs with CaEDTA and DMPS. No negative side effects and we have seen tremendous progress since starting it. We are doing it every 2 weeks.
