We currently live in NC and have a five year old. Our family is considering moving to TX or some other state that has a school that would assist my son next year for kindegarten. His speech and language is delayed along with social skills. Does anyone know of any good schools? NC is defintely not a state that has any interest ( my experience) in helping children with special needs. All it is concerned about is saving money and being able to qualify for federal money.
