Flour brands?

I'm going to **try** baking my own bread, which makes me laugh because I am so not the yeast bread cook. Anyway, I went to Whole Foods yesterday looking for the ingredients to the Soft White Bread in Karyn Seroussi's book. They did not have white rice flour (did have sweet rice flour) and the tapioca flour was in a small box, EnerG brand. I know I can ask them to carry certain products for me but what brand? I'm okay with online purchases too as long as shipping doesn't kill me. Thanks!
