	Magnesium I amthinking of adding Magnesium to my son's supplements. I had no idea there were so many different forms when I looked it up at Kirkmans. Right now he is taking -SNT w/o A&D -Cod liver -Zinc taking Ritalin (Hope the claming effect mag has will help) I like to order from Kirkmans....those of you that give extra Mag, how much and which kind are you giving? We're using Brainchild's liquid magnesium - 1tsp 2x/day, which comes out to 150mg.
