Everyone deserves Love. I have had some of the hardest times I have ever heard of. I came here to post a simple thought a lot of people already know but may not know the full value of such. Music. Music is one of the best resources in this universe imHo. Countless times I have felt hopeless, and worthless. Music is always there for me. Words can help, but sound is just soo beautifully powerful. Music doesn't judge you, it doesnt treat you bad(unless you have it too loud etc...). One of my favorite quotes is "Sound will set you free". Sure it's not a definitive and to be taken 100% literally,. But it's still one of my favorites. Here are some songs that I think are some very nice sounds: Jack's Cheese and Bread Snack by Ott(my favorite song) Talk Shows On Mute by Incubus. Everything Is Everything by Lauryn Hill There for You by Damian Marley Liberation by Outkast Hold On, Be Strong by Outkast Virtually Fields, by Tangerine Dream Rough Embrace, by Tangerine Dream San Rocco, by Tangerine Dream Firetongues (The Break Freak Mix), by Tangerine Dream Pretty much the entire album 'The Dream Mixes [Disc 1]' by tangerine dream. Hakomi chambers 1-6 or ancient arrow 1-24 from the website wingmakers.com Nothing Else Matters by Metallica These are some good songs imHo. Songs that have been there for me through hard times, and also great times. I also produce music myself. I am kind of a beginer but I will be continuing my progression for the rest of my life. A keyboard and sound to tinker with is PRICELESS. even if you dont nec make good sounds all the time. I dont think anyone does that. Here are a few songs I made so far: http://www.supload.com/sound_confirm.php?get=1220474433.wav http://www.supload.com/sound_confirm.php?get=305799736.wav http://www.supload.com/sound_confirm.php?get=917404264.wav http://www.supload.com/sound_confirm.php?get=259237013.wav I hope this might help some people out there. Everyone likes music, but imHo none of us truly grasp how wide its influences are, and how potent it is. <3 |
