Behaviors in school

I go and see my children in the Pre-k program they attend every week to see how they are doing, but there is things i see going on. It is close to the end of the year only a few months to go but i wonder if being in a typical school is where they need to be. The therapist assisting my daughter asks my daughter to clean up and do her art project and she screams so the teacher comes over and says "she can play, its ok" Shouldnt my daughter have had to clean up and do her art project?

Then my other childs class was doing an art project when i observed and he started yelling NO at them and throwing things and kicking his feet etc and the OT coulnt get him to do his art project. At home if the Tss was over he would sit at the table doing the art project. He tells the aide he doesnt want to sit yells NO and what happens the aide takes him by the table and he stands in front of her and she has the other children say what they did at playtime. The Tss is there and you think they would at least try to get him to sit, he is capable of doing it. Everytime i open my mouth nothing gets done in this school either it always goes back to the school giving in. The behavioral specialist asked me if i wanted him to do the FBA because my daughter was doing great. Yeah she has no behaviors cause they give in to her of course there wont be any behaviors. There is really no point i am having a meeting in April but it is almost the end of the year this school keeps putting things off and going month by month getting away with these things.
