Is it a regression?

Sounds like anxiety ,my son was afraid to go in a room by himself for a while ,he wouldn't stay up stairs or down by him self, he is on a very low dose of Celexa ,It worked wonders, but he was 6 at the time.

Adam will be 4 in two months, potty trained since he was 2.8, daignosed PDD-NOS. He is verbla, speaks tow languages, is bright but has a lot of sensory issues. He goes to a special ed pre-school since he was 3. He was in a recess for a week and had a lot of "pipi" regression, he would just stain his pant and would run to the bathroom or ask for it. When i asked him why he didn't ask for it he would say that he is scared to go by himself. What happens is the is in a hallaway in our apartment and it is a little bit dark so most of the time i would go with him and he knows. It used to happen once or twice a week before and i didn't really pay attention too much because it happens usually when he plays, or watches tv because he doesn't want miss anything!!!!!
It happened a lot of time with some regression in the behavior, less controllable, wouldn't listen, will do a lot of thing to get our attention like writes on the wall.....Very hyper almost the whole week. I don't know if it is because he stayed home the whole week without school but he had some therapy. My husband was home with him and because my other little one has therapy the whole day he was not able to go out with him or play properly together so i assume it is that. I mean i hope!!!!! Can it be related to sensory?
Thank you
Could be all of the things you said, but I bet they have schedule at school and everyone goes at certain times.  I would just watch and see if he gets better when he heads back to school. doesnt sound from anything you say like he has PDD NOS but i dont know what his issues are. i would try working on this at home, you will have a much better effect than the school and then you can discuss with them what you think would be helpful. listen to your son. try to debunk his fear by going with him for a while and then phasing out your company My sons sensory issues worsen when he is stressed. I wonder if the change in routine is causing some of this. My son had a bathroom phobia, we had to re-potty train him at age 6. Make changes with hallway if possible( maybe a night light or lamp, or favorite book or stuffed animal waiting for him in the bathroom) so he is not scared to get to bathroom or stay in it long enough to use it.
