rash on prozac? THanks Foxl! That is what i was worried it was! It did go away and hasnt come back tho. His doctor told me he wants him to stay on it and call back if it worsens. We did not experience this, I am so sorry.  Good for your doc -- you notice only 1/3 of those with rashes discontinued ... and I know you  feel it is helping him!I went on prozac when my son was misdiagnosed. I got the rash 30 days into it and had to stop. Yesterday when i picked him up from school he was complaining that his butt was itchy. He has a rash on both buttocks and I noticed he also had a rash about silver dollar sized on his left cheeck. It was really bothering him. Also he has been kind of drowsy but doesnt seem to be that drowsy at home but his teacher is reporting that he is falling asleep in school and usually takes 1- 1 1/2 hr naps every day for the past 4 days. Ive called his doctor and am waiting for a call back. I didnt want to stop his medication and was advised not to till i hear back from the doc. Has anyone/your child experienced this on prozac?
