Anyone feel like smacking President Bush? Congress make all Us choices anyhow. Presidents are useless to me. haha... LOL--It's way too cold for me to throw my shoes, or ANY clothing for that matter. [/QUOTE] Well... the president can make executive orders, this term isnt actually in the consitituion to my recollection, its how we originally got in Vietnam, so technically LBJ kept trying to help the south which originally IKE was propping up, or he was helping the french at the time before they got their asses kicked, but Congress never declaired war, so our longest 'war' ever was actually a 'conflict.' Presidents still have power, but its our balance of power that keeps the 3 parts of govt in check.
