The Autism Education Center will be hosting Autism: A New Year, New Hope Seminar at Gulf Coast Community College on January 20th 2009 in the Gibson Room. Speakers will be diverse and may include parents, doctors, teachers, nurses, therapists, autistics, as well as activists. January 20th is set to be an all day event now!! Times to start are 10.30am till 8.30pm. 2 seminars will run, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Workshops will run in a separate room close by and will have capacity for tables and displays for the folk on the agenda. The best part is that this is all free of charge. |
