Supervised Visits

I was wondering if anyone else deals with supervised visits with their kids.  DS's mom was told she could have an hour a week but she could only do every other week.  We've been at this a while, his ARC staff accompany him because behavior has always been an issue with them.  She brings her son and is pregnant again.  I'm not sure how he feels about it, but I know he understands that the other kid goes with  her and he doesn't.  She has cut her visits back to once a month "for now".  She's been told no repeatedly for unsupervised visits, she wanted his staff to supervise visits at her house???

So my question  is DS already doesn't want to go in when he gets there and spends his hour trying to get his staff (not her) to take him out.  I know that once a month is not in routine enough that it's going to work for him.  Any advice?
