NorwayMom39944.4194444444HI NorwayMom,
I recently wrote 4 social stories related to menstruation.  They are a little graphic to just post directly, but I can be contacted through this site to email them out if needed.

Oh, my the article on the 4 teen girls is so interesting.  They are cute and charming, too.

Thanks, Norway!

Great to know, Karolysgirl.  Can you also post this information under my puberty resources collection?  Thanks.

Hi Norway Mom,

Thank you so much for the info.  i can't tell you how helpful it was.  i don't understand doctors in this country.  it seems like every other country except USA knows about girls with autism and encopresis.  i am disgusted.  i am definately taking your advice and changing neurologists!!

The system is extremely biased towards girls.  how come my son was diagnosed at age 3 and my daughter who is 10 is still not diagnosed?  it is clear to me that they have the same thing.

thank you!!!  tie dye lady

tie dye lady: Because boys cause trouble?

My girl is so quiet it would be easy to overlook her!  I am so grateful for her SLP catching her, at SIX.

-- OTOH, do you need a medical diagnosis?  We do not have one, jsut school services for now.
