Father thinks son shouldn’t go to school I am confused..is he refusing to see his son only every other weekend because he has issues with him being in spec. ed program? If so I would get a good lawyer...or is the special ed. program keeping him from seeing him every weekend? If that is the case I would try to come up with a compromise during the week so that he doesnt miss out on time with his son. Your son's needs come first but your dh needs time too~my dh would go crazy if he could only see his kids 2x a month. It would be very hard to deal with even though you as a mom see your sons needs as first priority~Dad's feel they have a right to spend time too with their kids. Tough situaton. I am seperated from my husband as you all know. Mason got accepted into the sp.ed program. Mason's father thinks that i am using the school system so he cannot see mason but every other weekend. Ummm hello!! I think that masons education is vital!! I just don't understand..does he expect me to stop mason from going to school just so he can see his father??
