Just got my results back from the poryphins test from France. Totally feeling sick to my stomach. She has moderate mercury toxicity. They also noted xenobiotic toxicity. Not sure if those overlap. Just a few weeks ago we got some labs back that revealed a possible liver enzyme issue..wondering if this is due to metals. Haven't had a chance to talk to the DAN Dr. she is seeing regarding these yet. In a way I am relieved to have a direction to move in, but totally disgusted that something like this can happen to these little ones. I know for sure that my mind is made up that she will no longer be getting vaccinated. So sorry to hear that, but at least like you said, now you can go about helping her. She is SOOO cuute, btw!! What kind of test was it? Blood test/urine? Why France? Just wondering cause I am looking into testing ds. Thanks and good luck. Now that you know you can start to do what you can to rid her body of it as much as you can...knowlege is power and for most parents they may never know. We found out our dd had really high lead and her levels in alot of areas were all out of whack...yeast was sky high...but at least we had a doctor that had knowlege to tell us what to do...#1 was to not vaccinate her no more:) She no longer has high lead or yeast in her body:) We had blood/urine/stool test..probably should of had her hair tested as well but didnt. I hope you have a good DAN doctor that can lead you down the right path on the right therapies for your precious one:) It's called a urine poryphins test. It is the only test you can use to detect metals in the organs/bones (which is directly where metals go..they don't stay in the blood) The lab in France has the most thorough test. It's the only one our DAN Dr. will use. The benefit as well is that you don't have to have a dr.'s order since it is outside of the country. It was simple, they send the kit for free with the directions, you send it back, and they email your results in 2 weeks. It was $190.00 US. Did you get the pterins test done also? I just got lab results back for myself from France and it is not good. It looks like I will be joining my children in chelating NOBODY in my house is getting anymore vaccinations..... EVER!! My three year old hasn't even had all of his shots but blood work proves he doesn't need them as his titers are so high he's already immune and we're treating him to get them down!!! My girl has moderate mercury, lead and arsenic. We have started and stopped chelation 4 times because her gut can't handle it. ETA that even though chelation has not been successful so far, (never going to give up) she has still made amazing progress. Just so you know that it isn't something that has to be done today. I just got revised results from France today and I it says I have moderate xenobiotic toxicity. I'm pretty sure that it doesn't have anything to do with heavy metals, I'm just not sure what it is. I was wondering if you got any info..... and what you do about it. Neither of my boys had this. A couple of things to comment on1. [/QUOTE] Actually that is very bad - but not horrible - Ouur DAN doctor said that when the ASD kids results come back they are usually mild or moderate - R has "Remarkable Mercury Toxicity" Also the test cost of 130 dollars - I think its 90 Euros Has the exchange rate fallen that much I would strongly recommend the French lab test - they were really rpompt with thier results - even though we were seniding his pee to France - we got the results back in less than a week through email |
