Need advice on enzymes Can you tell me which brands you have tried?  Zack is currently on a gluten free / casein free diet, but I would like to add enzymes and see if we can possibly get off the diet! I would like to update...since we ordered the enzymes and implemented them in to our daily routine...Zack has thrived!  We noticed a HUGE difference after we started the gluten/casein free diet and we stuck with it for over a year....but every little lapse in it and we noticed a difference in behavioral issues.  More self-injurious behaviors and overall non-compliance.  But, after a few weeks adjustment...we are smooth-sailing...cheating on a daily basis and all.  FYI - the enzymes we ordered were peptide and zymeprime.  We are very thankful we ordered these enzymes.  Just wanted to share.  Like I said, in the past, we noticed accidental gluten/casein in the first day of ingestion...but Zack has been cheating regularly and no ill affects...
