probiotics?

can you guys explain probiotics a little bit for me and where i can get them for a reasonable price???  is it okay to also give my three year old fish oil capsules?  are there certain ones that are better than others?  A fish oil chewy or drops would be better; he wouldn't take a capsule.  i give caleb Minute MAid Noursih your Brain juicey with DHA and omega 3 pomegranate juice regularly.  and multivitamins-chewables; run of the mill from the grocery store.  Now that hubby has gotten his lpn we are getting more income so i can start implementing a bit more to his diet to help him; we have been crazy strapped for cash.

any suggestions would be great!!!

thanks!

You can try the dan-active yogurt drink~he will take it much easier. Even frozen yogurt has active cultures in it. (this works only if he isnt GFCF)

We have the acidolpholus & L-culturealle lactobacillius for older dd~it comes in capsules so it is hard to give to kids unless you open them up and mix with something. We gave Sarah Nordic Natural fish oil capsules..I would pierce them with a lancet and squeeze in med cup mixed with syrup and then draw up with med syringe and squirt in her mouth while she wasnt paying attn..watching tv or something..let you husband do it..he's a nurse so it will be easier for him:) Look into walmarts isle of supplements...just make sure the fish oil is mercury free:) Good luck!

Nordic Naturals also makes a liquid CLO. Tastes good!
can you guys explain probiotics a little bit for me
