Supplement Advice

Help!  Barleans fish oil chews are killing my pocket book at 3 a day!  That's 60 a month.  I am sad because she LOVES them and after trying to sneak a ton of supplements to her daily I like giving her something she enjoys.  So my questions are what fish oil supplement do you use that a kid might like the taste of?  Also, we are taking Hero yummi bears at 3 a day (she likes) and have to supplement her vitamin B6 in a capsule.  Is there a multivitamin out there that has a high dose of B6 in it so I can get rid of 1 capsule.  Anything tasty?
Okay, lemme see... I just got fish oil supplements today from our doc.  Its a berry liquid (I say 'liquid' but it is VERY THICK) and at 1 Tsp a day it will last me 60 days and cost $29.79.  It's called Berry Frutol by Pharmax.  I shot it in his mouth with one of those medicine droppers, but I think he MAY have taken it off the spoon.  Dh tried it though and said it was gross.

And the vitamin we got is a powder that has 1667% (YIKES, that sounds like an awful lot) of B6.  I know, it is a powder so may not be what you are looking for, but it was $42.30 and lasts 90 days.  I put it in his dinner and he didn't notice.    That is called "Spectrum awakening" for kids on the spectrum.  Hmm.

I have never heard of "spectrum awakening"  I will have to check it out.   Oils can be rubbed in to bottom of feet if not taken by mouth. Sneek with grape juice also can help also. Walmart sells b complex liquid that goes under the tongue.  I here Nordic naturals sells flavored oils fids will take. I also know Purity products sells good vitamins also. Flavored also!

I had been using Nordic Naturals.  I always get the tiny, chewable strawberry flavored capsules.

For something different, I just recently bought Coromega.  You can buy it online, or you can avoid shipping costs by purchasing it at GNC.  90 packets were around $35.00.

Both brands get recommended a lot on this board.

ETA - The Coromega has a pudding consistency and smells like orange sherbet.  Both of my kids really like the taste.
