SCD???Rid all refined ones and mostly Complex and natural sweetners. Processed foods also not good cause of Nitrates a preservative. Lunch meats mostly, Pork breakfast also not good also. My kids are tired of these so it makes it easy to do it.
I have a question..Is anyone here tried the specific carbohydrate diet?? We have tried GF/CF diet without too much success and we need to make a choice to either quit the diet or try the Specific Carbohydrate.. I have read up on it and it sounds so difficult. Has anyone tried it and did it make much of a difference??? Thanks, Renee |
