SHE TOLD ME WHAT SHE WANTED!!! | Autism PDD

That is SOOOOO fantastic!!!!!  I am still waiting for that moment of complete understanding with my dd.  She is 2.2.  I am so happy for you.  Hopefully her language will continue to take off!!!!

woohoo!!!! congratulations... that's so awesome! That must have been an amazing moment and I bet you'll get many more like it!  Great news. You must be so excitedLizThat is so wonderful! That is such a big step. Her communication skills are
starting to come in! Exciting! I am happy for you Guys!

I am so so excited!! Tonight she brought me to her room and kept pointing at her tv, I asked her what she wanted b/c she was already watching a movie then she told me--cue cues...it took me about 5 seconds to realize she said Blues Clues,she got a little notebook and marker and everything!! I told her tell daddy what you want b/c I dont know how to change it...so she ran into the living room and pointed towards the hall and said cue cues! cue cues!! It was AMAZING!! Her vocab is limited to only very few words,mostly no and sometimes dada and lots of vowel sounds. So this was a huge deal! I almost called her ST right then and there! We go tomorrow or I just might have. This is good. I am soooo proud of her. This means progress, if she will keep it longer than a few days then It will give me so much hope for her future.
