My ds never seemed to have gastrointestinal problems and was never a
picky eater but I am wanting to give gfcf at try. I am a little apprehensive
after hearing so many stories of kids going into 'withdrawl'- how would I
know if this is a sign of it working vs. it being a sign oft he diet being
harmful for my kid?
I noticed that special diets for special kids is out of print. What are your
favorite cookbooks for the gfcf diet. Do you have any other favorite books
that give accounts of how the diets did/did not work?
