My childs amazing! | Autism PDD

I am happy for all her success!

You an amazing mama and she is soo lucky to have you teach her so well!

May she continue to progress!

How wonderful that those 3 homebound months paid off big time.  Kids with autism sure catch our attention with their "stair-step" pattern of development -- long plateau, and then a steep learning curve.  Now that she can manage her  sensory issues, I bet you'll see lots more progress.

Thanks for sharing your success story.

My child bri was hurt by a 6 grader on the school bus i went to the head of the district and told him what happened he had Bri.homebound util we found a school that i liked i really wanted her to go were her big sister want but they thougt it would be to hard for her even though they have the some needs. Will i worked every day with her and still do but when she was first home she didn't know how to wright her letters or numbers or know how to right words she didn't know math. but working with her everyday and her teacher she stated wrighting letters and numbers and even wrighting words now three months later she is totally different she is wrighting so nicely words and she nows alot of her numbers she nows how to wright her numbers to100 with a little help she is even starting to spell words now.So her homebound teacher told the head person who was the head of the district how far she came and also the school is very close to home were i wanted her to go and he said that she could go were her sister went to school.I was so happy. she starts on the 19th of this month and she can't wait.  Also Bri. had alot of sensory issuses and now she dosn't she used to rock all the time and she stoped all togther also she loved her binky stoped that to. she used to play with baby toys now she hates baby toys she playes with barbies and likes makeup she can even sit through movies now her eye contact is better too. months? You're right...your girl really is amazing. Congratulations...that is wonderful to hear, and a huge accomplishment.

Congrats on your daughter's recent success!
