2/3 days is correct but can also happen that day as well. Thanks! I find myself analyzing every reaction since starting this diet.
If you are putting your child on the diet and slip up, how soon does a reaction like diarrhea (loose stools) happen. In a matter of a couple of hours or more like 24 hours? What time frame have you noticed on reactions happening. I am trying to figure it out so I can monitor her better with the diet. She is having some bowel problems and I cannot figure out if it is from yesterdays meal or todays. Or, maybe the flu?
