I need some GF / CF recipes. Anyone have any good resources for me?

The best book I bought was Marilyn Le Bretons "AiA gluten and casein free cookbook". I got it on amazon and it is from the UK
Two other great books- one Australian and one NZ was Friendly Food and Food Allergy NZ cookbooks.
I don't tend to find the US books as helpful- getting used to different names adn trying to source some ingredients but two that helped in the beginning were ones from Carol Fenster and Leslie Hammond and the special diets for special kids by Lisa Lewis wasn't too bad though the baking doesn't always work in that one.
Another good one was the coeliac cookbook for kids done by the Australian coeliac society. I would assume the US has done one. They just aren't cf but the Marilyn Le Breton one tells you how to do cf cream, condensed milk, buttermilk etc..
