Sometimes I can't make sense of the nutrition and supplements approach. My brain is SO fried and I just want to find someone who is top notch. I was just wondering if anyone knows of a good professional nutritionist/doctor who you feel has been straight forward with you and who is truly knowledgable with diet, and supplements. I am specifically looking in the Long Island or Pennsylvania areas. I would really appreciate any advice you can send my way.
