Wonderful! We try and try to get things out of them but they come up with the best stuff on their own.

I about fell over and fainted at that moment. The letter was, actually, a W!

He's never even attempted to identify a letter or a number to me. Of course, I started pulling out other letters and seeing if he could identify them, and he did not, but he did try. Example - I showed him a T and he said "2". I showed in an "8" and he said "O".

Obviously there are things happening at school that he is working on and learning.
