Please Help Me feel I’m alone in this

	My son is a high functioning Autism/ADHD , P.D.D. 9 Yrs old. I started the gluten free /Casin free diet  1 and 1/2 weeks ago. I think I'm doing it backwards I have a Peptide test coming in the mail. I Know read that no trace of Gluten or Casin intolerence will show up if the Gluten is already removed FROM THE DIET. Question : Should I put him back on a regular diet and then take the test?? If so for how long? I'm so confused any help would be great! You are soooo not alone...I didn't do the tests....I just winged it? to see if he acted better/ worse - I did the experiment for a cpl of months. It makes sense to me that the gluten wouldn't show if he hasn't had any in his system,  but it is also my understanding that gluten can show up on test for anyone whether intolerance exists or not.   I could be wrong maybe someone can clarify this . I was actually going to suggest not even bothering with the test and just do what paynes mom did.
