New Toy | Autism PDD

We generally have the TV on all the time even though the boys don't seem to care to watch. Anyways, a commercial came on, and I thought it might be a toy that some of you might be interested in.

I'm gonna try to convince my husband to get it for D for Christmas. He somewhat knows how to ride a tricycle, but I think it'd be a good way to also get out some excess energy after school.

I noticed this on tv yesterday, and was also very intrigued. Korban is 2, and every day that goes by that we don't go out, he is bouncing off the walls, and so whiny and bored. We're thinking about it for the holidays also. Any idea what it's called or who makes it?

I saw this too.  What is even better, my son really seems to have no DESIRE to ride a trike.  We have been working on it all summer.  But this toy that Melody posted makes the children pedal in order to see letters and numbers.  It appears to be an interactive preschool thing.  My son's obsession are letters and numbers.  So we feed the beast while he finally understands why he should pedal???  Two birds...one stone.

Yes. Definitely on the Santa list.

YepperBepper39371.521875Oh.. I apologize. I did hotlink the image, so if you click the picture, it'll bring you to amazon where it's listed at instead of . D loves letters and numbers, and I honestly don't trust him on our driveway (it's incredibly long) because it has so many potholes as we share it with two other people.

I'm excited about it.

[QUOTE=ShelleyR]I would love this for Sarah but wished they had one for older kids..she wont ride her bike either..it still looks brand new!

It says it can be used up to 6 years old? Is Sarah tiny she might still be able to use it even though she's 7.
