GF / CF bread | Autism PDD

I'm putting my son on the GF / CF diet.  I've tried a bread mix and a loaf already made, both of which I order online and neither worked out.  Does anyone know of a good GF / CF bread or bread mix?

Kinnikinnick Foods makes a decent tapioca/ rice based bread.  They also sell mixes.  They have awesome pizza crusts.Bob's Red Mill is a brand that tastes good. It's a mix, with the yeast packet included. You add the eggs, rice milk, etc. and bake it. Tasty. And available in Publix--maybe your local store has it as well--especially if they have an organic foods section.

Her bread recipe is the best one I've made so far. It's so hard to make a good gfcf bread, but this one isn't too brick like. My daughter eats it so it has to be okay!
