My son will not drink soy or rice milk. The only calcium he seems to be getting is from the calcium enriched orange juice I have been buying, and I only give him one glass a day.
Any ideas on where else he can get it? He is not a good green veggie eater, either. I have the soy cheese, but it doesn't say how much calcium is in there, so I'm assuming it's not a lot.
Do you give him a multi vitamin? Try giving him some calcium supplements.
Here are some helpful sites re: non-dairy foods w/ calcium.
