I've had a LOT of people talk to me about Juice Plus. It seems like a good concept, but I simply can't fit it into my budget. I use regular chewable vitamins - Flintstones Complete. I bought some dinosaur shaped vitamins at Whole Foods that have no artificial colors, but my boys gave me a hard time about taking them. I also buy Yummi Bears Whole Food Supplements at Whole Foods or another local health food store. They are similar to the Juice Plus gummies; they are gummy bears made out of fruit and vegetable concentrate. Supposedly, whole food supplements are a great way to get fruits and veggies into children who won't eat them otherwise. This is what I buy:

We use kangavites which we buy from our local vitamin shoppe. They are chewables, are all natural and don't have as much sugar as many of the other off the shelf vitamins.
