PARENTS SHARE STORY OF SON WITH AUTISM Not long after he celebrated his first birthday, Jack Michael Parish began to slowly slip away from his family. By the time Jack reached the age of two, his intellectual and emotional development had come to a screeching halt. Initially, the medical “experts” labeled their little boy as “moderately to severely autistic”. With the expert guidance from a dedicated team of special educators and Jack’s parents, he finally begins to emerge from his internal chaos, embracing life and the people who love him. Come Back Jack chronicles the ups and downs of the Parish’s extraordinary therapeutic journey. Jack's journey back is reprised.

What???????? Surely that is a misprint. 0.00 for the video on vhs? I don't even want to see the price for the dvd. That seems a little high to me.
Tammy
Tammy I thought the same thing! It must be their way of funding their childs therapies!???? I even thought ok 0 for 5 video set but NOPE the 5 video set is ON SALE for 9 reduced from 9.75 !!!!!!! Maybe its the miracle cure video? LOLTammy
I know!! That's just crazy...however, the actual "Come Back Jack" video is . Here's a link to Jack's site... http://comebackjack.org/comeback2k5.htm
I think they've run on PBS a few times...I'm gonna see if anytime in the near future.

Lesley, Now Im really confused.... why would it be on the site you mentioned but clearly on the one site I saw it say a 55 minute video was .95 !?
Ok So has anyone actually seen it and if so please share your thoughts about it.
i haven't but i like the sound of it jack relates really well to things with his name in so if anyone has any info i would love to hearMaybe the more expensive price is for like business that rent videos?? I do know that rental businesses pay about that much for video's because they are making a profit off of them. They are not suppose to just go and buy video's at like walmart to stock their shelves..LOL Although I'm sure that some of them do.

I think the one is a diff't video..."My Son Jack...Diagnosis: Autism".
Apparantly the dad, Robert Parish has done a bunch of videos...the series is expanding...the first one "Come Back Jack" is the .95 one, the second, I think is called "Come Back Jack...2002" the more expensive one goes into therapies etc. they've used, has interviews and so forth (guess that's why it's so expensive...god forbid therapists donate their time for a good cause!! ;) )
It's funny, I saw Jack's website maybe 6 months ago, and I swear already it's doubled in size!
~Lesley
Another Edit!!!!:
I take that back...now I'm confused as well...it almost seems like the PDA website has it more expensive doesn't it??? Or it looks like is the 5 tape package at first glance, but when you follow the link, it's like you said...9...UGH!
For those interested, I'd stick with Jacks site: www.comebackjack.org
All this said...I've never seen it either...so if anyone does or has, let us know!
