Toileting | Autism PDD

Aiden has been potty trained fully since he was 3 ( day only).

He has now been having accidents. It started out just as like once a month and now he is having several urine accidents a day.

Nothing has changed in his life and this is freaking me out. It is regression or do 4.5 year old boys just do this sometimes?

I just wrote this in another post - but frequently, my kids have accidents when they are coming down with a cold/virus.

I can almost guarantee that if they start wetting their pants during they day - they will have a fever or a stuffed nose shortly...
