people here will not change except me. hmmm... i hear quite a lot about this, tho i must say at least for myself when I have milk after grocery shopping and ice cream and whatnot, i drink plenty of it, and once its gone thats it for the week, so taking some for a couple of days then not for a couple of days I must say at least for me I dont feel any differnence.
I dont know much about that particular diet, but i dont feel different at all, i think one of these days ill look up some information and try and see exactly what its suppose to do eliminating dairy. Heh, i cant imagine life without dairy i love milk, strong teeth and healthy bones! And ice cream, jeeze... when its summer here nothing beats it!
It is best to not use soy milk in the beginning because the soy protien is very similar to the gluten and casien and could cause a similar reaction to the body. If you have to use soy in order to provide a replacement and ease your child into the gfcf diet, just keep in mind that after your trial phase where you may not see any improvements...consider the soy. All the milks you listed are good, but remember to do things in moderation. I know children who consumed too much of one thing and developed an intolerance to the milk.
Just remember that if you are concerned about calcium, there are other food sources that contain calcium and Vit D. Just google calcium in nondairy foods.
Yes, all of those you listed are ok.
thankyou!!
