Hi all. Just wondering who here is using Candidase or some other enzyme for yeast and which one works well for getting rid of yeast. I was looking at this and Threelac but it seems like the enzymes would be less likely to cause die off symptoms. Would candidase work best since it also has proteases? This is what I was reading on the enzymestuff website.. Does it have any side effects? How much would I give? And can you get this at the health food store or do you have to order it from enzymedica? We did nystatin for 4 months with no side effects. Dont have much knowlege on homeopathic but I am sure the store managers of healthfood stores do:)
