Norway Mom  thanks for the site

Linda good idea..wow I wil ltry anything to see if it opens new doors to foods.

Trader Joes carries a snack called veggie sticks, they are crunchy (like cheetos) but made from veggies, they are pretty good, my boys love them.

Hi there.  We brought veggies in by giving them to him straight from the freezer.  Peas and corn for the most part.  Then we started freezing small pieces of fruit.  We have now introduced dehydrated fruits.

Your son has interesting dietary craving similar to my son's a year ago.

Good luck!

Hi,for snack's rice cakes ,they have lots of different flavours now.or popcorn

my son will eat corn chips, and is just starting to dip them in salsa or cheese.

Will he the crust from pizza, start with just crust ,then slowly leave a little sauce on the edge ,then a little more ect..

My ds was an only Mds nuggets ,I cooked store bought nuggets and replaced one of the Mds with it ,I told him it was a new thing at Mds,and that only special kids were chosen to try it,He ate it

Good luck,Linda

I haven't dealt with a crunchy craving, but my youngest son is a picky eater, so I know how frustrating it can be to expand their diet.

Here's my collection of free online resources associated with picky eating, including several articles from a sensory perspective.
