I'm just wondering because we are trying CFGF with my son and have seen many changes with just CF. Does a child with Casein sensitivities always have them to gluten as well?
Thanks!
And some children also have an issue with soy as well because that protein is quite similar to gluten and casein also.
both protiens are practically identical. here are some informative sites:

If your child has gastrointestinal issues, it may be a good idea to do both. Consult you Doctor certainly. What we did was tried one then added the other. It did help more. If your child shows no positive improvements, perhaps one is all you need.
Look on TACA's website about gf/cf. I think i saw something on thier about it. Good luck!
